             With a large collection of books, periodicals and reports the library serves the needs of the staff and students of the College. The library is kept open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all working days.

  PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION

           The Parent Teacher Association is a organization of parents of all students of the college and teaching faculty. It is a very active organization working in the college to provide a common forum for interaction of parents and teachers so as to improve facilities for academic excellence. It also provides special and essential services to the students and staff. The executive Body meets once in 3 months, and the General body once in a year or more frequently if necessary.

  Forestry Club

         Forestry club have been set up in colleges in order to enhance and give general awareness on nature.Debates, seminars, workshops, outdoor activities like tree planting, study tours and trecking to forest areas etc. are successfully conducting by forestry club. Also it has a small library in association with Girish memorial Library. An important achievement is forming an association with ‘Green Peace’ ,the world famous organization that works to conserve the environment.

  Tourism Club

        Tourism club is functioning for 2 years. The club is functioning under the guidance of Kerala Tourism Development Council. The activities include visiting of important tourist places and historically important places.

  Blood Donation Forum

        There is an active Blood Donation Forum is functioning in the campus. All the students and staffs of the college are registered under this Forum.

  Literary Club

        The Literary Club is functioning in the college to enhance the literary culture of students. The activities of Club include debates & various cultural programs. College Union Library is functioning under this club.

  Film Club

       There is a Film Club is functioning in the institution. The activites of Film Club includes yearly film festival, various educational slide presentation etc. The future plans and film clubs include setting up a CD Library in association with G.Girish Memorial College Union Library and production of a Documentary regarding History & Truth of Homeopathy. Film Club had already produced 2 Documentaries, ‘A trip to Parambikulam’ and ‘VISION 2020’.

  NATIONAL SERVICES SCHEMES (NSS)

       NSS has two units. The two NSS units were reestablished in 2003-2004. The units controlled by NSS all Kerala University and is actively participated in voluntary social works, in all field conducting Medical camps, ten day camp which include medical camps, medical survey, seminars, medical exhibition, Film shows, Does to mean newly, Free eye testing camps etc. through these kind of activities ,NSS unit is working actively.

HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

         The hospital was started since 1998. According to the govt order a Hospital Development Committee was formed, 11 official members include the Honable District Collector as the Chairman of the society and the Principal and Controlling Officer as the ViceChairman, Hospital Superintendent as the secretary and Lay Secretary as Treasurer.The overall development of hospital is controlled the society.

  Co-operative society

         Society is an elective body of the staff and students of the college functioning for the developments of the institution according to the co-operative rules under the control of the co-operative department of the state. Society mainly focuses on providing services and assistance to the members. The society at present conducting a stationary store and a canteen for the use of the members of the society. Other important objective of the society are to issue loans to members and conduct chitties and kuries for the economic benefit for the members.

  THE COLLEGE HOSTEL

         The College has one men's hostel and ladies hostel located in very beautiful and healthy location. Both the hostels have very spacious rooms which provide comfortable and conducive atmosphere. These hostels have separate establishments and are headed by the Warden assisted by office- Staff and Asst. warden.
The hostel mess is run by the mess committee elected by the students headed by the Secretary. Fees: Admission fee –Rs.50/
      Caution deposit-Rs.1000/
      Mess advance-Rs.250/
      Room Rent-45 per head.
      Establishment charges-Fixed by Hostel Committee.
      Current & Water charges – as per Electricity and Water bill.
      Guests – 100/- per day.
      Monthly mess dues including extras and guests – As notified by the warden. 		  
     
  COLLEGE BUS

          The Institute operates college buses for the use of staff and students. Presently we have seven buses operating in various routes. The operation of the college bus is managed by a bus committee consisting of the Principal, all Heads of the departments, two student representatives, two representatives of non-teaching staff and two bus secretaries. Presently, Prof. T.A.Mohanan Dept. of Mechanical Engineering is the secretary cum treasurer and Prof. N.Radhakrishnan Dept. of Mechanical Engineering is the bus Secretary operation.
